Skills
- Establish and calculate parameters describing cultivation
performance of microorganisms
- Genetically modify microorganismsÂ
- Perform biochemical and microbiological tests in the laboratory
in a safe way
- Handle experimental work with cells, cultivate and analyze them
in a suitable way across common lab scales, evaluate and use
appropriate protective measures, work with sterile techniques, use
relevant tools and sources of information for lab work and data
analysis, and dispose of waste according to regulations
