The aim of this elective project module is to support participants in developing competences in implementing the redesigns of their courses based on PBL principles, whilst including elements of curriculum and staff development for educational change. The project focusses primarily in using PBL as pedagogical approach to foster change through, for example, establishment of activities and programmes for staff development (i.e., ‘train the trainers’).
Self-study, self-organized, team-based project work supported by facilitation, thematic workshops, online study group work and seminars. Please refer to paragraph 17 of the curriculum about the structure and content of the program.
