Intellectual Property Law and Immaterialret are mutually exclusive. It is therefore only possible to follow one of these courses

  • Copyrights, patents, utility models, designs, trademarks, intellectual property contracts and intellectual property enforcement

Skills

  • To identify the intellectual property disciplines and their interrelationship
  • To identify the interdisciplinary differences and similarities
  • To identify the interdisciplinary advantages and disadvantages
  • To identify intellectual property problems from a complex material
  • To analyze intellectual property issues and make a critical balancing of the legal arguments; and
  • To argue legally and linguistically correct and in a structured and coherent way

Competences

  • To use the legal dogmatic method on intellectual property issues
  • To identify, analyze and advise on intellectual property issues
  • To be clear and well structured using the correct intellectual property terminology
