PURPOSE
The student must work with a current design problem within interaction design. The project can be analytically and/or constructively oriented, and aims to give the student the opportunity to choose a topic of particular interest within interaction design. Particular emphasis is placed on working with integrated interaction design in the project module, where the students must combine elements from previous modules on the programme. The project may involve active collaboration with a specific company through the project's central phases. By the end of the bachelor's degree, students must have gained a coherent insight into the subject's research areas.

Learning objectives

Knowledge

  • must be able to document knowledge of and an overview of the techniques and concepts covered on the course within the research area of ​​interaction design
  • must be able to use correct technical terminology

Skills

  • must be able to reason about and with the concepts and techniques concerned
  • must be able to justify and choose relevant solution models based on knowledge of the possibilities and limitations given by the theories and methods of the subject area
  • must be able to convey an interaction design issue and the associated conceptual apparatus with a focus on integrated interaction design

Competences

  • must be able to apply the concepts and reasoning within the subject area to analyze and solve a selected, current problem within integrated interaction design
