Learning objectives

Knowledge

Gain knowledge of current and advanced topics related to methods and applications of machine intelligence, such as:

  • advanced techniques in data mining and machine learning
  • advanced methods for reasoning and decision-making under uncertainty
  • agent-based design of intelligent systems

Skills

  • be able to apply advanced techniques from machine intelligence to the construction of intelligent systems

Competences

  • understand advanced machine intelligence methods for designing intelligent systems
  • analyze their applicability and impact on solving specific tasks

Type of instruction

The type of instruction is organised in accordance with the general instruction methods of the programme, cf. ยง 17.

Extent and expected workload

The student is expected to spend 30 hours per ECTS, which for this activity means 150 hours.
