The module is based on advanced organisation theory. It provides the student with knowledge, competencies, and skills within different theoretical approaches to organisation and organisational analysis. The module supports theoretical and practical reflections on different types of issues in organisation theory and analysis. Therefore, committed interaction between teachers and students is required.
The module builds on the organizational module at BSc in Economics and Business Administration. The module spans classic, modern, and newer approaches that have emerged within the organisational theoretical field and covers key areas of organisational theory, including various forms of organising, culture, organisational change, power, communication, stakeholder relations and ethics.
