The module is based on an internship in an institution, organisation or enterprise abroad or in Denmark, in which the student has work tasks that are relevant to the programme. For students who have chosen to specialise within Arctic Studies, the project-oriented course must be topically relevant to this area of specialisation. The project-oriented course must be of a duration of at least three months, full-time, and must include an international or intercultural dimension.
Students’ project-oriented course, including work tasks, must be approved in advance by the study board.

Documentation
The student must submit the following documents to pass this examination: 1. A Host Institution Statement (template available) describing the student’s work tasks and activities in the organisation and signed by the host institution. 2. A Professional Learning and Competence Development Report, which does not exceed 5 pages. The report must: a) Reflect on the internship experience and what has been gained in terms of knowledge, skills and professional competences b) Formulate personal learning goals, including areas for knowledge, skill and competence development and next steps towards a post-university career. |
