The objective of the module is to introduce students to the process of data analysis. In this module, students will learn to formulate a question, collect appropriate data and conduct data analysis to answer data driven questions. They will learn to run an exploratory data analysis, in addition to organising the data for analysis. Students will use one or more of the statistical methods learnt in class in the main analysis of their project. A correct interpretation of the results along with its presentation of business insights is important. Students in this module will be provided with datasets and the opportunity to work with statistical software.
