The module provides a fundamental understanding of key elements of business law such as basic property law and administrative law.
The module also provides students with an understanding of the basic principles of contract law, purchase law, credit law, employment law, guaranty Law, company law, insolvency law, administrative law principles and their application in an administrative law context, as well as knowledge that is a prerequisite for organising business work involving legal issues.
