Content, progress and pedagogy of the module

This is an English translation of the module. In case of discrepancy between the translation and the Danish version, the Danish version of the module is valid.

The module aims to provide knowledge and competencies within user-centered artificial intelligence (artificial intelligence) with special focus on interaction with AI technology. The module includes a theoretical part which introduces human interaction with AI, including various forms of interaction, and which also introduces various aspects of AI models and classification. The module also contains a more application-oriented part which deals with setting up and using specific AI models, including training / evaluation using data.

Learning objectives

  • must have knowledge of interaction forms or models for AI use
  • must have knowledge of implications for the application of AI. This could include topics such as trust, fairness, ethical AI, collaborative AI, explainable AI
  • must have basic knowledge of different forms and types of AI and classification, and this could e.g. be machine learning, neural networks, deep learning, NLP

  • must be able to develop an AI model based on data

  • must be able to reflect on the design, construction and evaluation of AI models
  • must be able to reflect on the importance of AI models for interaction between users and system as well as societal conditions
