PURPOSE
The purpose of the project module is to introduce students to the
development of an application (app) for a mobile platform
(typically a mobile phone or smartphone). In the project, emphasis
is placed on working with a concrete and innovative solution at a
balanced technical-aesthetic level, where experiences from the
course modules are integrated into concept development or detailing
of the project. The subject of the project could be rooted in a
case from a private use context, such as for registration of
exercise, travel, or diet, or from a work context. It is emphasized
that the application can be run on a specific mobile technology,
and that the application is designed, developed and implemented on
the basis of an investigative, testing and reflective methodology
and preferably an iterative process.
Project work
The student is expected to spend 30 hours per ECTS, which for this activity means 450 hours.
