PURPOSE
Within the objectives of the project unit, specific objectives formulations are prepared for the project work. These formulations must be included as part of the report or process analysis.

Based on the students' experiences from the P0 project period and the course teaching, the focus is on the semester's thematic framework ‘Assessment of an IT system in use’, while at the same time taking into account evaluation of the project process, collaboration, etc. in a final process analysis.

The P1 project unit comprises the P1 group formation, the P1 project and associated course modules, cases, status seminar, structure orientation, and the project module test (P1 test) concluding for the 1st semester, as well as a compulsory safety course.

As documentation of the desired skills, the project group must:

  1. prepare a P1 project report,
  2. participate in P1 experience gathering,
  3. prepare a P1 process analysis
  4. Participate in the P1 exam

The semester's project is based on the reality that characterizes any IT system, and is consequently realized in relation to two of the programme's three core subjects by the student involving and bringing together communication professional and technically based perspectives in relation to an overall analytical unit.
