communicating knowledge 20th and 21st century social, political, and cultural trends in a clear, structured, and comprehensible manner
discussing social, cultural, and political events, products and/or texts in relation to modern historical phenomena and processes
considering and evaluating a range of source material, primarily monographs and scholarly journal articles, but also sources such as video material, journalistic sources, podcasts, and digital archives, in the order to understand and analyze the module's subject matter.

Written exam (individual)
The examination is an individual exam portfolio; the content of the portfolio must demonstrate that the student has achieved the above-mentioned learning objectives that the student has achieved the above-mentioned learning objectives and has participated actively in course activities. The requirements for the contents of the portfolio will be determined by the course instructor at the start of the semester. The assignment paper will be evaluated by the examiner. Any re-examinations will be held in accordance with the above guidelines on the basis of a revised exam portfolio. |
