Learning objectives

Knowledge

  • Is able to explain principles, fields of application and limitations for Discrete-time Fourier transform (DTFT) and z-transform

Skills

  • Is able to use basic digital signal processing methods to analyse physiologic signals in both the time and frequency domain
  • Is able to design linear time invariant digital systems to process and handle physiologic signals
