The module is based on advanced HRM theory. It provides the student with knowledge, competencies and skills in different theoretical approaches to HRM as well as the application of different types of HRM related methods.
The module supports theoretical and practical reflections on different types of issues in HRM. Therefore, committed interaction between teachers and students is required. The student is introduced to interparadigmatic reflections on philosophy of science in a strategic HRM related context.
