Modern organisations increasingly need to be able to evolve in line with the expectations of their environment, driven by increasing international competition but also by a high rate of change in industries and markets. This places new and different demands on leadership, which is expected to be able to develop appropriate strategies and thereby adapt the organisation.
The module provides an insight into the work of modern organisations on strategy, organisation and leadership in practice. Therefore, the aim of the module is to introduce the student to a wide range of classic, contemporary and more recent perspectives in strategy, organisation and leadership.
