  • select contemporary and/or recent historical international conflicts.

Skills in:

  • analyzing and reflecting on the significance of contemporary international conflicts
  • comprehending the context, causes, and dynamics of contemporary international conflicts
  • using digital resources (for example archives, databases, journalistic sources, social media platforms) to gather information on ongoing international conflicts. 

Competences

The student must attain

Competencies in:

  • discussing and analyzing a range of important contemporary international conflicts.

The examination is an individual exam portfolio; the content of the portfolio must demonstrate that the student has achieved the above-mentioned learning objectives that the student has achieved the above- mentioned learning objectives and has participated actively in course activities. The requirements for the contents of the portfolio will be determined by the course instructor at the start of the semester.

The assignment paper will be evaluated by the examiner.
Any re-examinations will be held in accordance with the above guidelines on the basis of a revised exam portfolio.
