Læringsmål

Viden

• must have knowledge on the legal procedure for determination of property boundaries in Denmark (skelforretning). Must also have knowledge of participant rights relevant for the procedure
• must have knowledge of the land consolidation instrument and of the Danish legislation in land consolidation (jordfordeling)
• must have knowledge of the prescriptive rights (hævd), and be able to reflect on its importance to property rigths and public regulation
• must have knowledge of and overview of the measurement of areas in relation to the cadaster, condominiums etc.
• must have knowledge of methods for the analysis of problems concerning property rights
• must have knowledge of 3D-cadastre and condominium concepts internationally and nationally
• must have knowledge of theory and concepts on disputes and on conflict escalation

Færdigheder

• must be able to analyse and assess if there are prescriptive rights
• must be able to analyse and discuss  the procedures included in the legal procedure for determination of property boundaries and further to reflect on the obligations of the licensed surveyor and the participants rights
• must be able to analyse and discuss the Danish legislation on land consolidation and land consolidation as an instrument for improving nature, environment and agricultural productivity
• must be able to evaluate different solutions for 3D-cadastre and condominium concepts
• must be able to analyse and prepare for different situations of conflict or dispute

Kompetencer

• must be able to apply and advise on the use of the legal procedure for property boundary determination
• must be able to investigate and advise on land consolidation
• must be able to investigate and advise on prescriptive rights
• must be able to communicate at a high academic level on subjects concerning property rights, cadastral legislation and property registration
• must be able to investigate 3D-cadastre and condominium problems
• must be able to apply theories of dispute and conflict escalation on situations in the academic and the practical working life.
