PURPOSE
The module aims to provide the student with knowledge of design
principles and guidelines for visual design, knowledge of gestalt
laws, and knowledge of human cognition, such as. human memory and
perception, and the importance of cognition for the use of IT
systems, as well as providing knowledge of various forms of
interaction. In addition, prototyping is introduced as a technique
in an interaction process, where the student becomes able to design
a user interface, where visual design principles, guidelines and
gestalt laws are used in interaction with forms of interaction.
