The purpose of this project module it to provide students with advanced knowledge of techniques and tools to represent non-functional aspects of services such as time sequences, interactions and experiences. The students will learn how to use narrative, visual and multimodal techniques to communicate nature and characteristics of a service and to support users participation with knowledge about the most complex aspects of the service.
