Energy Law

2020/2021

Content, progress and pedagogy of the module

  • The energy sector has undergone a series of unprecedented restructurings, so that could be evoked "the great battles of energy". This change has upset the industrial structure of the sector and has led to a diversification of both actors and standards, the European Union (EU) occupying an increasingly large place. The "market" has also become an important "actor", calling for the creation of regulatory bodies at national, European and global level.
