political process theory, actor-network theory, symbolism and
pragmatism
- can identify important ideas and approaches in a number of
current management concepts and reflect on these

staging of change and design processes
- can analyse implicit problem diagnosis and related modes of
operation in different management concepts
- can assess the effects of management concepts on innovative
abilities and the handling of ideas
