The purpose of this module it to provide students with advanced knowledge of techniques and tools to represent non-functional aspects of services such as time sequences, interactions and experiences. The students will learn how to use narrative, visual and multimodal techniques to communicate nature and characteristics of services and how to use rapid prototyping techniques to represent specific service touch points and experiences.
